Hello!
Well, things have been a bit crazy here, been just super busy getting ready to go to Tikrit and preppring for the elections. We will not be pulling security for the polls themselves, but maybe a couple of miles out. Not sure yet, that is just speculation on my part.
Couple of days ago, we went on a tour (yes, a guided tour) of one of Saddams old palaces in Baghdad. Got almost a hundred pic, some incredible shots. It was immense, ornate, and a womder to see. I'll post the pictures when I get to Tikrit, my computer cable is buried in a box on a pallate. :-(
Also took a ton of pics of Hummers (military) and other vehicles, both the up-armor and so called "haji-armor," localy made custom built armor, very mad max. The sheer variety, as well as ingenuity, is astonishing.
Hopefully, I can get a pass to go to Babylon. Sweet. :-D
